Development-mode submissions
When no Make.com webhook is configured, the website validates the enquiry and returns a safe success response without permanently storing the submitted details or photographs. It does not send an email or create a CRM record in this mode.

Fresh Look Pros does not sell personal information. When production integrations are enabled, information may be processed by necessary hosting, email, form automation or record-management providers acting on behalf of the business. The final providers, their locations and any international-transfer safeguards must be documented here before launch.
How long information is kept
Information should be kept only for as long as needed for the enquiry, agreed work, business records and applicable legal requirements. A specific retention schedule has not yet been approved and must be added before the live form stores or forwards enquiries.
Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures will be used to protect enquiry information. API keys and integration URLs are kept in server-side environment variables rather than browser code. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
